It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closure of Meow Howl. It’s been an incredible three-year journey, filled with passion, learning, and a shared love for our furry friends. Unfortunately, the past six months have been particularly challenging financially. Our operations have been significantly disrupted due to an ongoing commercial issue that’s currently being resolved through the proper channels. This has affected our ability to maintain the high level of service our customers have come to expect, and for that, I sincerely apologise. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal customers for their trust and support over the years. Meow Howl was founded to serve the pet parent community and, in turn, support animals across the UAE. Together, we’ve contributed to rescue initiatives and helped make a difference in countless lives - something I’ll always be proud of. Our vision has always been to help pet owners and animals throughout the UAE - to become the Chewy of the Middle East. With the right support, this dream can still be realised.
