How do I stop my Nail Safe from clumping up?
Clumping is unfortunately a common issue of Styptic powder products and can’t be prevented, however we can recommend a couple of tricks to keep yours lasting for longer.
  • Avoid storing the product in the same room that you do your bathing in if possible. Salons can become very humid places to work in and Styptic powder is very sensitive to moisture in the air.
  • Do not leave the pot open any longer than you have to and make sure it’s well sealed.
  • Try putting a little sachet of ‘Silica Gel’ in with your powder (the kind that you would find in a new handbag) as this is an absorbent substance and can help keep your powder dry.
