 4kg  3 ½  3 + 10g
 6kg  5 ¼  4 + 25g

Please consult your vet before using this food or extending the feeding period.
Feed a ¼ pouch per further 1kg of body weight daily for solely wet feeding, and an additional 15g dry food for combination feeding.
